Pasta Salad

450g shrimps 90/120 (pre-cooked and peeled)
½ cup sliced mushrooms
3 cups water
500g fusilli 
½ cup diced celery
½ cup ripe olives
½ cup chestnuts
¾ cup mayonnaise (optional)
2 tbsp sugar (optional)
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Defrost shrimps in some hot water. Drain Well and chill.
 
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again.
 
Combine shrimps, pasta, celery, olives, mushrooms and chestnuts over a very low heat. Remove from heat when all ingredients have combined.
 
In a separate bowl combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar salt and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture and toss until coated.
 
Cover salad and chill.
