Spaghetti ai Calamari

400g Tomato Pulp 
300g Calamari or Baby Squid
1/2 Glass of dry White Wine
320g Spaghetti
Bunch of Chopped Parsley
Garlic Clove
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
 
N.B. Items in bold are available at all MF outlets.
 
If using large whole squid, cut calamari in rings. If using baby squid just chop or leave whole.
 
Peel and chop garlic. In a large pan fry garlic together with parsley until lightly coloured. Add calamari and continue frying for 5 minutes. Add wine and cook for 20 mins.
 
Add tomato pulp, salt and pepper.
 
Boil spaghetti al dente, drain well and pour into pan with sauce. Mix well and serve.
