Rabbit in Tomato Sauce

1 Rabbit cut into parts
500g Tomato Sauce
300g sliced Onions
200g Bacon, chopped
250g sliced Carrots 
120g Peas 
280ml Red or White Wine
Seasoned Flour
Oil for frying
300g diced Garlic
Parsley
1 Chicken Cube
Bay Leaves
 
N.B. Items in bold are available at all MF outlets.
 
Marinate rabbit parts in wine. Leave for 1 hour.
 
Roll rabbit in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil. Remove from pan.
 
In same pan fry onions, garlic and carrots. Add wine and evaporate. Add tomato sauce.
 
Return rabbit parts to pan and simmer till tender. Add liver, heart and peas 15 minutes before end of cooking. Keep warm until served.
