Stuffed Turkey

1 Whole Turkey (approx. 6 Kgs) 
400g Minced Pork
400g Minced Beef 
100g Finely chopped Bacon
2 Teaspoons Diced Garlic
3 Tablespoons Sliced Onions
4 Tablespoons Parmeggiano Reggiano Grated Cheese
4 Beaten Eggs     
200g Fresh Bread Crumbs   
400g Chopped Pistachio Nuts
100g Finely chopped Ham   
3 Tablespoons chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper 
3 Hard Boiled Eggs

Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a large bowl, adding the hard-boiled eggs at the end. Gently separate the skin and flesh at the neck end and fill the turkey with the stuffing. 
Put the Stuffed Turkey in a roasting dish, season and leave to cook in the oven for 4 Hours. 
 
After the turkey is two-thirds of the way done, place a foil around to protect its juices and flavor.
When the turkey has finished cooking, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest untouched for at least 10 minutes.
