Stuffed Mushrooms with Smoked Sausage

250g smoked pork sausage
24 large mushrooms, stems removed
250g cream cheese
3 tbps Parmesan cheese, grated

N.B. Items in bold are available from all MF outlets.

Cook mushrooms at 350° for 7 minutes. Allow to cool.

Peel sausage and chop finely. Mix sausage meat, cream cheese, and Parmesan.

Fill each mushroom with 1 teaspoon of filling and bake on a non stick baking tray at 350° for 7 minutes.
